আমরা ShopLiftio.COM এ সবসময় অরিজিনাল এবং অথেনটিক প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রয় করি। আমাদের বেশিরভাগ প্রোডাক্ট ই ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে, কিছু কিছু প্রোডাক্ট থাকে ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া। যেসব প্রোডাক্টে ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে, সেগুলো ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখ থাকে। আবার ক্ষেত্র বিশেষে, প্রোডাক্টের সাথে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড ও থাকে। যেকোন প্রোডাক্টের রিপ্লেস্মেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি পিরিয়ডে সর্বোচ্চ একবার প্রোডাক্ট টি রিপ্লেস করে দেয়া হয়, পরবর্তীতে সমস্যা হলে এবং ওয়ারেন্টি থাকলে সেটা সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টিতে থাকে। সুতরাং, একবারের বেশি আমরা কোন প্রোডাক্ট ই রিপ্লেস করতে পারিনা।

ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি।
অপারেটিং সিস্টেম সম্পর্কিত সমস্যা কিন্তু কোনো এপস সম্পর্কিত না।
ডিভাইস সমস্যার কারনে যদি পাওয়ার না আসে। (এক্সেসরিজ এর জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি নেই যেমন- রিমোট, কিবোর্ড, ব্যাটারি, লাইট ইত্যাদি)
যদি ৬০% পার্ফরমেন্সে ও প্রোডাক্ট জাস্ট রিস্টার্ট নেয় বা কাজ না করে।
সাধারনত, যেসব প্রোডাক্ট এ রিপ্লেসপেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে, সেগুলোতে প্রবলেম পেলে রিপ্লেস করে দেয়া হয়, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এর ক্রাইটেরিয়া মিট করলে। কিন্তু এরপর ও অনেক কারন থাকে, যার জন্য প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেসপেন্ট এর আওতায় থাকেনা। নিম্নে এমন কিছু কারন রেফারেন্স হিসেবে দেয়া হলো-

প্রোডাক্ট টি যদি ফিজিক্যালি ড্যামেজ হয় বা ভেঙ্গে যায়।
যদি পুড়ে যায় বা এমন কিছু হয়।
যদি প্রোডাক্ট এর অরিজিনাল ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার বা সফটওয়ার না থাকে।
যদি প্রোডাক্ট টি অস্বাভাবিক ভাবে ব্যাবহার করা হয় বা এমন কোন পরিবেশে ব্যাবহার করা হয়, যেখানে ব্যাবহার করা উচিত না।
পূর্বে রিপ্লেস করে দেয়া হয়েছে এমন প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তীতে আর অয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
যদি আমাদের কাছে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এর জন্য পর্যাপ্ত প্রোডাক্ট না থাকে, তাহলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পেতে একটু বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। যদি প্রোডাক্ট টি কোনভাবেই না দেয়া যায় এবং ভবিষ্যতে পাওয়ার সুযোগ ও না থাকে, তাহলে আমরা এর পরিবর্তে সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি দিতে পারি।

প্রোডাক্ট কিংবা প্রোডাক্ট ক্রয় সম্পর্কিত আপনার যদি অন্য কোন সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি কিংবা টার্মস এন্ড কন্ডিশন গুলো আপনাকে হয়তোবা সহযোগীতা করবে।

ShopLiftio Replacement Warranty Policy:
We always sell original and authentic products at ShopLiftio.COM. Most of our products come with e-brand warranty, some products are without warranty. Products that have warranty are mentioned on the website. In some cases, the product also comes with a warranty card. The product is replaced at most once during the replacement warranty period of any product, after which if there is a problem and if there is a warranty, it is covered by the service warranty. Therefore, we cannot replace any product more than once.

* You will get a replacement in case of-

Manufacturing defects.
Operating system related issues but not related to any apps.
If power does not come due to device problems. (No warranty for accessories like remote, keyboard, battery, lights etc.)
If at 60% performance and the product just restarts or doesn’t work.
Generally, products that have a replaceable warranty are replaced if a problem is found, if the replacement criteria are met. But then there are many reasons, for which the product is not covered under the substitute. Below are some of the reasons given for reference:

If the product is physically damaged or broken.
If it burns or something like that.
If the product does not have the original warranty sticker or software.
If the product is used abnormally or is used in an environment where it should not be used.
The warranty will no longer apply to products that have been previously replaced.
If we do not have enough product for a replacement, it may take a little longer to get the replacement. If the product cannot be delivered in any way and is not available in the future, we may offer a service warranty instead.
